WELCOME TO THE 65-DAY HEALTH & FITNESS CHALLENGE!!! We all know that adopting a healthy lifestyle will help us live a long and satisfying life. But, making a lifestyle change that is sustainable can be difficult at times. That is why I am inviting you to join me for 65 Days during March 19 - May 13 by taking these simple action steps: (1) Set a personal Health & Fitness Goal, (2) Choose a personal Health & Fitness Regiment, (3) Read Devotionals & Chat on this Blog as often as you like, (4) Join me for national Bi-Weekly Conference Calls. Then, attend our 65-Day Health & Fitness Challenge Celebration at Jubilee Christian Center at 10:00 a.m. on Mother's Day, May 13th. When we link up with others for accountability, it strengthens our resolve to stay the course. My Goal is to lose weight and lower my cholesterol. My personal regiment will include: not eating after 8:00 p.m., limiting saturated fats and sugar, walking 2 times per week, and doing "The Body Gospel Workout" 2 times per week.
