65 Day Challenge

Week 2

Week #2:  TIME TO GET SERIOUS!!!

Okay, whenever you try to do something worthwhile, an obstacle will invariably present itself.   Last week was one of the busiest weeks of the year for me.   A glitch popped up during a time-sensitive employment task, I was given several last-minute ministry assignments, a few people really needed my support, and I had symptoms in my body.  None of which I had planned for.  BUT GOD!!!   He always gives us the grace to do whatever is expected.    I didn't consciously focus on my 65-Day exercise regiment as planned.....But I still lost 2 pounds last week!!!  GLORAAAAAAAY!!!

NOW, IT'S TIME TO GET SERIOUS!!!   Regardless of what's going on, I will keep my commitment to walk twice per week, and do the Body Gospel Workout twice per week.  I'll be celebrating my 43rd Weddind Anniversary this Thursday, and I am determined to "hold the line."

HERE'S MY PLAN:
  1. I'll drink 20 oz. of water with lemon as soon as I awake.
  2. I'll Pray no later than 8:30 a.m.
  3. I'll hit the pavement or my workout no later than 9:00 a.m.
  4. I have breakfast no later than 10:30 a.m.
  5. I'll eat 4 small meals (lean protein & green vegetables or cabbage soup)
  6. I'll eat a protein bar as a snack.
  7. I'll eat all my meals before 8:00 p.m.
  8. I'll repeat my confession throughout the day.
  9. I'll treat myself on Thursday with some dark chocolate and berries.
TIP FOR THE WEEK:
Drink a full 8 oz. glass of water before each meal.  Hold your breath, and drink it straight down.   It will fill you up, decrease your appetite, and help you reach your goal of 64 oz. of water per day.

GOD WILL GIVE YOU THE GRACE TO DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO.   WHAT CHALLENGES HAVE YOU FACED SINCE LAST WEEK?  WHAT'S YOUR PLAN FOR THIS WEEK?

WATCH YOUR EMAIL FOR DETAILS ABOUT OUR FIRST CONFERENCE CALL.   IT WILL BE AWESOME!!!
